Despite a terrible launch and almost a year of lacklustre updates, Battlefield 4 ended its life as one of the most beloved titles in the Battlefield franchise and is to this day viewed as the standard to which other games must aspire.
Battlefield Hardline was a great game but a poor first for the franchise, which until that point had not strayed from the tried and true nation vs nation formula.
Despite its shaky start, Call of Duty Black Ops: Cold War went on to become one of the most beloved titles in the history of the Call of Duty Franchise.

Rust is one of the most influential titles in the history of PC gaming and Early Access, and while its hardcore gameplay and toxic community make it unsuitable for some, I fully recommend it for those who can put in the hours needed to succeed.
